About John B. Cox
John B. Cox began his appraisal career in 1998 in Texarkana, Texas, where he was an appraiser trainee assisting in both residential and commercial appraisal work. In the summer of 1999, Mr. Cox continued his trainee program in the greater Houston area, where he earned his Real Estate Appraisal License. In 2002, Mr. Cox earned his Residential Appraiser Certification in Texas and moved his practice to the Brazos Valley. The counties primarily covered by Mr. Cox since 2002 include the following counties: Brazos; Washington; Burleson; Milam; Robertson; Leon; Madison; Harris; Montgomery and Grimes counties. Mr. Cox also has limited experience in the following counties in Texas: Travis; Williamson; Austin; Lee; Bastrop; and Bell Counties.
